USAC/LATAM Cust Data Ops Anly

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a(n) USAC/LATAM Cust Data Ops Anly, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Handling inquiries of moderate scope and complexity within Customer Data Management.
  • Collect and input customer data from multiple sources to create new or update master data records, reports, ensuring all necessary information is accurately input into the system while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Create & Maintain Americas Customer Master data in SAP, DMR/ECC, AS400, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, power BI.
  • Understand and act on team priorities being able to follow directions & Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensures accuracy, consistency, and integrity of critical data across various systems and platforms, understanding upstream and downstream implications of customer data changes
  • Enter, verify, and update customer data into various systems to ensure consistency and accuracy during the ERP deployment process.
  • Maintain and monitor customer data across multiple systems and platforms, or any relevant databases.
  • Support data migration efforts by validating data integrity, performing routine quality checks, and identifying discrepancies or errors in customer records.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data flows
  • Perform regular audits of customer data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal standards.
  • Identify and flag any missing or incomplete information and work with the relevant teams to resolve discrepancies.

Your Skills and Expertise 
 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced College student in Data Management, Information Systems, Business or related field.

AND

In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:

  • 1-2 years of experience in data management, data entry or customer data analysis.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English (C1) is a must.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in Portuguese is a Plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel.
  • Basic understanding of Master Data Management systems such as CRM Salesforce, SAP, S4 Hana, MS Dynamics, BPCS power BI.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Healthcare background is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Work location:

  • Hybrid Eligible (Job Duties allow for some remote work but require travel to ASUNCION-3MCR 01W0QK30 at leastday per week)
