Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Customer Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of customer-focused projects within a dynamic technology environment. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities from initiation through completion, ensuring that customer expectations, business objectives, and delivery commitments are consistently achieved.

The successful candidate will have proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving projects to completion while maintaining quality, timelines, and commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, ensuring projects are completed according to agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, building strong and trusted relationships.

  • Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful project execution.

  • Define project plans, milestones, resource requirements, and delivery schedules.

  • Monitor project progress, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.

  • Drive issue resolution and implement mitigation plans to minimize delivery impact.

  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and performance indicators to support successful commercial outcomes.

  • Facilitate change requests and ensure project scope remains properly controlled and documented.

  • Support commercial discussions related to project extensions, renewals, and additional service opportunities.

  • Promote continuous improvement by contributing ideas, lessons learned, and best practices across the project management function.

Project Delivery Responsibilities

  • Establish effective project governance and communication frameworks.

  • Maintain clear visibility of project status through regular reporting and stakeholder updates.

  • Ensure project risks, issues, actions, and dependencies are actively managed throughout delivery.

  • Coordinate release activities and delivery readiness across multiple stakeholders.

  • Drive customer satisfaction by ensuring deliverables meet agreed business requirements and expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

  • 4–6 years of experience in project management, customer delivery, or related roles.

  • Previous experience within technology, software, telecommunications, SaaS, or similar industries is advantageous.

  • Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent planning, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Experience managing project financials, budgets, and performance metrics.

  • Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing communication abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

  • Familiarity with recognized project management methodologies and delivery frameworks is considered a plus.

  • Languages: English & Spanish required
