As a Patient Access Representative, your responsibility is to deliver an exceptional experience to patients, families and visitors, from the moment they enter to the time they return home. You will assist them with everything from registration and information gathering to payment collection and insurance verification. This role is a great steppingstone to other positions within Customer Service and various departments within Cleveland Clinic.
This is a remote position. A caregiver in this role will work a part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, with shifts from 10:00am to 9:00pm, including a one-hour lunch break. The schedule follows a biweekly rotation: Week 1 includes Wednesday and Saturday, and Week 2 includes Sunday and Wednesday. This role requires participation in both weekend and holiday rotations.
Although this is a remote position, the first two weeks of this position will be designated towards EPIC training. The training is Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm on-site at Main Campus. You will need to attend all days of this training.
