The Pall P2P Associate is responsible for efficiently and accurately managing and processing employee Travel & Expense (T&E) claims. This role plays a critical part in ensuring timely reimbursement to employees while maintaining strong compliance with company policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

This position reports to the Pall Global Travel and Entertainment Expenses Manager and is part of the Pall Global P2P team located in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. This is an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Perform employee Travel & Expense (T&E) claims audit and validation activities.
  • Ensure employee expense claims are verified in accordance with Danaher and Pall policies, internal controls, and SOX compliance requirements.
  • Review, approve, and ensure timely reimbursement of employee claims in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Manage and resolve employee and stakeholder queries within defined SLAs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives throughout the year by leveraging Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to streamline processes and improve productivity and efficiency.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Currently enrolled in at least Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline, with a basic understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
  • Entry‑level or early career experience (including internships, traineeships, or academic projects) with exposure to finance operations, P2P, or Travel & Expense (T&E) processes, and a strong willingness to learn standardized workflows.
  • Strong communication skills in English and working proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with the ability to follow procedures, manage data accurately, and meet defined timelines.
