About the Opportunity

The B2B Partner Alliances Manager is responsible for developing and executing partner-led growth initiatives across the Industrials sector. The role combines ecosystem development, partner activation, pipeline generation, and program management to drive measurable business outcomes through strategic alliances.

Working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams, the B2B Partner Alliances Manager will identify, recruit, enable, and activate key partners while building scalable go-to-market motions that generate pipeline, accelerate opportunities, and increase market reach. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong commercial acumen, program management expertise, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate strategy into execution.

How You'll Make an Impact:

Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and develop relationships with strategic consulting, implementation, technology, and industry partners within the Industrials sector. 
  • Build and execute partner business plans aligned to company growth objectives.
  • Support partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and activation activities.

Pipeline Generation

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline through coordinated go-to-market initiatives.
  • Develop joint campaigns, webinars, events, account-based programs, and industry-focused initiatives with partners.
  • Work alongside sales teams to identify, qualify, and accelerate opportunities through partner engagement.

Program Management

  • Manage partner activation programs and engagement initiatives across multiple regions.
  • Coordinate marketing development funds, co-marketing activities, partner incentives, and enablement programs.
  • Monitor program performance and continuously optimize for partner engagement and commercial impact.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution, campaign effectiveness, and business outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate partner data, reporting dashboards, and operational processes within Salesforce and related systems.
  • Provide regular business reviews and recommendations based on performance insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with Industry strategy, Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Serve as a central point of coordination between internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Ensure alignment between partner activities and broader company growth objectives.

You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner programs, channel marketing, alliance management, business development, or ecosystem growth.
  • Experience managing partner engagement programs, co-marketing initiatives, incentives, or loyalty programs.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills across multiple regions and functions.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable growth initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills.
  • Experience working within SaaS, enterprise software, digital commerce, or technology ecosystems preferred.

The posted compensation range reflects the base salary for this position. In addition to base salary, some eligible roles may also have a commission plan or a bonus incentive. All Salsify employees receive equity in the form of stock options. All full-time employees are invited to participate in our Total Rewards plan, which includes health & medical benefits, PTO, and more. Offers to join Salsify are based on a few criteria, including the scope of the role, the candidate’s work experience, targeted skills, internal equity of the team, and external market data.
National Pay Range
€40.375€47.500 EUR
