About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to support our marketing and content teams with a variety of day-to-day operational and creative tasks.

This role is ideal for someone who has a foundation in marketing, content creation, social media, or creative operations and enjoys helping teams execute efficiently. You will be responsible for handling low-leverage but essential tasks that keep marketing projects moving forward, allowing senior team members to focus on strategy and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to take ownership of tasks, communicate effectively, and proactively solve problems with minimal supervision.

Candidates located in Latin America and available during North American business hours are strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Marketing Operations Support

  • Assist with the execution and coordination of marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Help manage project timelines, task tracking, and marketing workflows.
  • Support campaign launches by preparing assets, documents, and project materials.
  • Maintain organized marketing files, content libraries, and documentation.

Content & Creative Support

  • Assist with content publishing across social media and digital platforms.
  • Coordinate content assets, captions, thumbnails, and supporting materials.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and content opportunities.
  • Help gather and organize information for marketing campaigns and content production.

Administrative & Project Coordination

  • Manage recurring operational and administrative marketing tasks.
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and project communications as needed.
  • Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and process documentation.

Team Support

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Support special projects and ad hoc initiatives as the business grows.

Requirements

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing, administrative, content, or virtual assistant role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and common productivity tools.

Preferred

  • Background in marketing, social media, content creation, or creative operations.
  • Experience with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
  • Familiarity with Canva, social media platforms, or basic content management systems.
  • Experience supporting marketing teams, creators, or digital businesses.
  • Availability during North American business hours.
