The Capture Analyst supports the identification, qualification, and maturation of federal business opportunities across the organization and its subsidiaries. This role is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and synthesizing market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive data to inform capture strategies and increase win probability (Pwin). The Capture Analyst works closely with Business Development, Proposal, and Program teams to support the full lifecycle of opportunity developmentβfrom pipeline identification through proposal submission.
