Job Summary

The Senior Director of Sales, Managed Mobility Services provides strategic and operational leadership for the organization’s managed mobility services business, with accountability for growth, service excellence, and financial performance. This executive role is responsible for shaping and scaling the services portfolio, optimizing delivery against key performance metrics, and serving as a trusted partner to customers, Sales leadership, and executive stakeholders. The role entails having a strong foundation in enterprise mobility or related technology services, along with leadership acumen to build high-performing teams, strengthen key vendor and customer relationships, and drive sustainable, scalable business results.


Reporting Relationships

  • Reports to: Senior Vice President of Sales
  • Supervisory position 

Primary Job Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Managed Services strategy and growth plan
  • Own delivery performance (SLAs, KPIs, customer experience)
  • Lead P&L, including revenue growth and margin optimization
  • Act as executive sponsor for key customer relationships
  • Partner with Sales to drive pipeline, upsell, and expansion
  • Build and lead high-performing service delivery teams
  • Standardize and evolve services portfolio and offerings
  • Manage key vendor/OEM relationships (carriers, indirect channel partners)
  • Build and develop a high-performing team through effective hiring, coaching, and performance management
  • Provide regular reporting to executive leadership on operational performance, risks, and opportunities
  • Manage departmental budgets and resource allocation
Requirements

Job Competencies, Skills & Experience

Required 

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in sales leadership, with at least 3 years in a senior management role
  • Bachelor’s degree in related business field
  • Experience in enterprise mobility, mobile device management, or related technology domains
  • Strong understanding of service delivery frameworks, SLA management, and client success principles
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes in a growing organization
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders and clients
  • Ability to present complex information clearly and confidently 
  • Ability to build credibility and trust with stakeholders 
  • Ability to influence decisions and lead cross-functional discussions 
  • Ability to represent the organization professionally in customer-facing settings
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making and performance management

Preferred

  • Background in lifecycle services, including deployment, management, support, and optimization
  • Exposure to enterprise retail or supply chain environments
  • Experience building recurring service offerings, such as support models, managed services, or spare pool programs
  • Environment and Normal Working Conditions 
  • Office environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. 

Physical Requirements

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.

Salary Description
$145,000-$155,000 + Bonus
