About the Opportunity

Zazz is seeking ambitious, high-potential graduates to join our team as Management Trainees – Marketing. This role is designed for individuals who aspire to build a long-term career in B2B Marketing, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Growth Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

As a Management Trainee, you will work closely with experienced leaders and cross-functional teams, gaining hands-on exposure to modern marketing disciplines including SEO, Email Marketing, Outbound Outreach, Social Selling, Marketing Automation, Analytics, CRM, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Generative AI-powered marketing initiatives.

This is not a traditional trainee role. It is a career-launching opportunity designed to develop future marketing leaders who can bridge the gap between Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, execution-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.


Key Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Growth Marketing

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Contribute to lead generation and pipeline development initiatives.
  • Assist in audience segmentation, campaign targeting, and marketing funnel optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion and engagement.

SEO & Content Marketing

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives.
  • Assist in content creation, optimization, and distribution strategies.
  • Track and report organic traffic and search performance metrics.

Email Marketing & Marketing Automation

  • Create, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns.
  • Support lead nurturing and customer engagement programs.
  • Work with CRM and marketing automation platforms to manage campaigns and workflows.
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.

Outbound Outreach & Social Selling

  • Support outbound prospecting initiatives through email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
  • Assist in developing outreach sequences and messaging frameworks.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to improve prospect engagement and conversion.
  • Support social selling strategies to strengthen brand visibility and thought leadership.

Marketing Analytics & Operations

  • Build reports, dashboards, and performance tracking mechanisms.
  • Analyze campaign and business data to generate actionable insights.
  • Support marketing operations and process improvement initiatives.
  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and growth metrics.

AI-Powered Marketing

  • Leverage Generative AI tools to improve research, content creation, campaign execution, and operational efficiency.
  • Explore emerging AI-driven marketing trends and contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • MBA or B.Tech from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.
  • Strong academic performance preferred.

Experience

  • 0–1 year of professional experience.
  • Freshers with relevant internships, projects, startup experiences, or extracurricular achievements are encouraged to apply.

  • Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or equivalent platforms
  • Startup, SaaS, B2B Technology, or Growth-focused projects

Preferred Candidate Profile

We value candidates who have demonstrated initiative, leadership, and execution through academic, professional, or extracurricular experiences such as:

  • Participation in Business Case Competitions.
  • Participation in Hackathons, Innovation Challenges, Startup Competitions, or Product Challenges.
  • Leadership positions in entrepreneurship cells, consulting clubs, marketing clubs, technical clubs, or student organizations.
  • Organizing and managing college festivals, management fests, technical events, cultural festivals, conferences, or large-scale student initiatives.
  • Experience in sponsorship acquisition, event marketing, stakeholder management, budgeting, vendor coordination, or team leadership.
  • Building side projects, startups, blogs, communities, AI applications, or digital products.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance academics, leadership responsibilities, and extracurricular activities.
