Senior Software Engineer - Support & AI Automation (m/f/x)

• Proactively increase the code quality of our Exporter apps, by

  • checking & improving the code quality with LLMs (e.g. Claude)

  • extending the end-to-end test coverage and automated test runs, including performance tests

  • running automated security tests & penetration tests

  • updating to the latest versions of used libraries and frameworks

• Delivering 3rd level support, which includes

  • analyzing bugs with the help of Atlassian Intelligence

  • fixing found bugs

  • automating these processes with Jira Service Management Premium

• 5+ years of experience in building and maintaining front-end and back-end code for dynamic modern web applications

• Excellent understanding of client-side JavaScript, CSS, Web APIs and React for UI development

• Hands-on experience with tools and frameworks for testing and development (TypeScript, Playwright, Redux) – and knowing how to apply them in the best way

• Experience in building with automation pipelines using AI

• Ideally hands-on experience with Atlassian Apps and Jira Service Management Automations

• Ideally, a degree in applied Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or similar – if not, we'd still love to receive your application
