Position Title: Head of Growth & Demand Generation

Location: Remote, United States. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Domestic and international travel required.

The Role

We are hiring a Head of Growth & Demand Generation to own and scale non-paid and hybrid pipeline creation. This role is responsible for turning brand, content, events, partnerships, PR, and community-led initiatives into measurable, repeatable revenue pipeline.

You'll work closely with the CEO and the VP of Marketing, with a high degree of autonomy - including ownership of a dedicated growth budget and full decision-making authority across your initiatives.

Core Mandate

Increase enterprise brand recognition, qualified enterprise pipeline and deal velocity through creative, scalable demand generation. Success is measured on pipeline impact and revenue contribution, not activity volume.

What You'll Do

  • Own the strategy for non-paid and hybrid demand generation, with a clear focus on pipeline creation
  • Lead the full events strategy, shifting from booth-led tactics to deal-driven, meeting-first motions with clear ROI frameworks
  • Build and activate a portfolio of revenue-relevant partnerships, including co-marketing and co-selling motions with Sales
  • Drive executive, brand, and content narratives across social channels that support sales conversations, not vanity metrics
  • Define and execute a PR and earned media strategy aligned to growth moments and sales priorities
  • Lead and grow the demand generation team over time, setting clear goals and operating cadence

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS growth, demand generation, field marketing, or ecosystem-led growth
  • Proven track record of generating pipeline through non-paid or hybrid channels
  • Strong strategic thinker with a high execution bias, comfortable being measured on revenue outcomes
  • Experience in fast-scaling environments, ideally Series A to C
  • Able to balance creativity with commercial discipline

  • Events, partnerships, content, and PR are clearly tied to revenue outcomes
  • The growth engine is predictable, repeatable, and scalable
