About The Role

We’re seeking a hands‑on, commercially minded Head of Marketing to bring our marketing function back in‑house and build a high‑performing team that drives measurable pipeline growth. This is a true player/manager role: you’ll set strategy, but you’ll also execute campaigns, shape propositions, run demand generation programs, and work side‑by‑side with Sales and Alliances to accelerate revenue.

You’ll thrive here if you’re a marketer who loves delivering results, not just planning them and you’ll move between strategy and execution with ease. Ideally you will understand the dynamics of a consulting and services business, and you will be comfortable operating within a partner ecosystem (Informatica, Snowflake, Microsoft, Semarchy, AWS). Experience in B2B technology, data, or consulting environments is highly valuable, and familiarity with our industry is a strong advantage.

Your remit will span demand generation, partner marketing, brand and proposition development, content strategy, sales enablement, and marketing operations. You’ll be a key commercial leader, and you will act as the right hand to the Sales organization, ensuring our marketing engine is aligned, accountable, and consistently delivering high‑quality opportunities into the pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

Pipeline & Demand Generation

  • Own demand generation and pipeline contribution through multi‑channel campaigns, ABM, digital activity, events and nurture programs.
  • Execute campaigns hands‑on while optimizing conversion across the funnel in partnership with Sales.

Partner & Ecosystem Marketing

  • Lead co‑marketing initiatives with Informatica, Snowflake, Microsoft, Semarchy and AWS.
  • Secure and manage MDF, run joint campaigns, and strengthen Agile’s visibility across partner ecosystems.

GotoMarket & Proposition Development

  • Define and refine Agile’s value propositions and productized services.
  • Ensure messaging is differentiated, persona‑aligned and grounded in customer and market insight.

Sales Alignment & Enablement

  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales, co‑owning pipeline goals and supporting deal acceleration.
  • Deliver sales enablement assets including pitch decks, playbooks, case studies and competitive positioning.

Brand, Messaging & Communication

  • Own Agile’s brand narrative, tone of voice and messaging architecture.
  • Ensure consistent, compelling communication across all channels and internal teams.

Content & Thought Leadership

  • Build a content engine that supports awareness, demand and sales.
  • Oversee creation of whitepapers, case studies, blogs, webinars and partner‑aligned content.

Marketing Operations, Analytics & Budget

  • Own HubSpot as the marketing tech stack, ensuring accurate reporting, attribution and automation.
  • Track KPIs including pipeline contribution, campaign performance and ROI.
  • Manage the marketing budget and MDF allocations to maximize commercial impact.

Team Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and develop the existing marketing team while remaining hands‑on with execution.
  • Manage external contractors and agencies to extend capability and scale delivery efficiently.

CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Drive alignment across Marketing, Sales, Alliances and Consulting.
  • Provide insight and recommendations to senior leadership to support commercial decision‑making.

About You

It would be ideal if you would have…

  • A proven track record in demand generation and pipeline growth, with hands‑on experience executing campaigns as well as shaping strategy.
  • Experience in a consulting or professional services environment, with a strong understanding of how to market complex, high‑value services.
  • Familiarity with technology partner ecosystems (e.g., Informatica, Snowflake, Microsoft, Semarchy, AWS) and experience securing and managing MDF or co‑marketing programs.
  • Leadership experience as a player/manager, able to set direction while remaining hands‑on with execution across campaigns, content, digital and operations.
  • Experience developing and coaching highperforming teams, including managing existing internal resources and external contractors or agencies.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills, with the ability to translate market insight into clear propositions and GTM plans.
  • Practical expertise in digital marketing, including content, social, ABM, email, events and marketing automation.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, optimise performance and make evidence‑based decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Alliances, Consulting and senior leadership.
  • A bias for action, thriving in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment where commercial impact matters.

It would be beneficial if you have…

  • Exposure to Hubspot would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience within a Data & Analytics, Cloud Services company
  • Exposure to previous experience marketing within a Consulting Services, Business Services, or Software sales sector.
