The Weatherspoon Agency is expanding our virtual team and is seeking motivated professionals in the Atlanta area who are ready to build long-term business and leadership skills in a fully remote environment.

No prior insurance experience is required.

What You’ll Do

• Meet virtually with clients who have requested benefit information
• Educate families on available supplemental benefit solutions
• Guide clients through enrollment and coverage review processes
• Build professional consultative communication skills
• Participate in advanced virtual coaching and leadership development
• Develop the systems and habits needed for long-term advancement
