Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of residential or commercial properties. The role involves managing tenant relations, coordinating maintenance, handling leasing processes, and ensuring properties operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong leadership and communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and solid property management experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned residential or commercial properties
  • Manage tenant relations, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
  • Coordinate property maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors
  • Handle lease agreements, renewals, and tenant move-ins/move-outs
  • Track rent collections and address any delinquencies or payment issues
  • Ensure compliance with local property regulations and fair housing laws
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in property management software
  • Generate reports on financials, occupancy, and operational performance
  • Collaborate with property owners to meet property goals and expectations

Qualifications and Skills

Required:

  • Proven experience in property management (2+ years)
  • Proficiency in property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium, Yardi)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Knowledge of property management laws and regulations

Preferred:

  • Experience managing both residential and commercial properties
  • Familiarity with US property management standards and processes
