Job Summary

Duties

  • Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to generate new business opportunities and nurture existing accounts
  • Deliver compelling consultations tailored to client needs
  • Conduct remote phone or virtual sales conversations with qualified prospects and present solutions, address objections, and close sales.
  • Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client retention and long-term relationships

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or phone/virtual sales.
  • Understanding of CRM software platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis abilities to identify client needs and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Experience in account management, upselling, and managing long-term customer relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
