Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Finance Accounting Manager. The Finance Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, managing overall financial operations, using analytical skills to evaluate financial performance, producing financial reports, and budgeting. They will also be responsible for building and leading a team of accounting professionals and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Budgeting skills
  
• Strong understanding of Finance and Accounting principles both continents
  
• Knowledge of tax and accounting standards of the UAE, the USA and Singapore, GAAP and IFRS
  
• Understanding IFRS 9
  
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  
• Understanding management, tax and financial accounting
  
• Understanding methods, principles of accounting and financial data consolidation
  
• Understanding compliance and how to apply accounting and finance in compliance
  
• Experience in ERP or advanced financial management application implementation
  
• Experience with creating financial reports and managing accounting in Xero
  
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software
  
• Ability to work independently and remotely
  
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Math, System Analysis or a related field
  
• CPA, CFA, ACCA or other relevant certifications are preferred
  
• 5 years min in finance and accounting or programming
  
• Understanding and practical experience in AI, ML
