📍 Location: Remote (Must be currently based in Delhi NCR – Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, etc.)
Type: Full-Time Contractor (Long-term renewable contract; starts with a 3-month trial)
💰 Pay: $800 USD Fixed/Month + Up to ~$400 USD Variable/Month (Performance-based)

Ruvixx is looking for a driven Engagement Specialist to join our global remote team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between technology and compliance, leveraging your understanding of the LC/AP landscape to help businesses protect their intellectual property and drive revenue recovery through professional engagement. THE ROLE

As an Engagement Specialist, you will manage end-to-end compliance and anti-piracy campaigns. You will blend investigation, negotiation, and high-level customer service to resolve complex licensing discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities:

• LC/AP Campaign Management: Coordinate directly with clients and end-users to execute compliance and anti-piracy initiatives, utilizing your knowledge of software infringement resolution.
• Compliance Data Analysis: Analyze telemetry and investigation data, evaluate infringement trends, and maintain meticulous records in our CRM systems to drive actionable reporting.
• Lead Generation & Investigation: Utilize open-source intelligence and internet search techniques to develop new leads, verify unauthorized usage, and refine customer engagement strategies.
• Process Optimization: Organize documentation to ensure consistent processes, knowledge sharing, and workflow efficiency across our compliance operations.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Provide analysis and administrative support to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced IP-protection environment.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. LC/AP Experience (The Ultimate Differentiator):

• Prior experience in License Compliance (LC) or Anti-Piracy (AP) is highly prioritized. If you have navigated software compliance, intellectual property protection, or piracy resolution campaigns before, we want to speak with you. * A minimum of 1+ year of experience in Sales or Legal sectors is required for those without direct LC/AP experience.

2. Location Requirement:

• You must currently reside in the Delhi NCR region.

3. Language Skills:

• English First: You must possess Native or Professional Business Fluency in English.
• Communication must be articulate, polished, and persuasive, as you will be discussing complex legal concepts, IP infringement, and compliance settlements.

4. Technical & Digital Proficiency:

• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using data management tools, CRM software, and MS Excel (or Google Sheets/SPSS).
• Research: Strong internet research skills, including the use of search operators and online lead-generation techniques to investigate unauthorized usage.

5. Soft Skills:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle objections, de-escalate tension, and prioritize tasks under pressure.
