You will join an enthusiastic team at the intersection of Cyber and Financial Services, building a new capability focused on regulatory-driven transformation. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams of cyber specialists, regulatory experts, and data professionals, delivering solutions for banks, insurers, and regulators. Key responsibilities include designing cyber resilience strategies, establishing governance frameworks, and guiding organizations through regulations such as DORA. You will engage directly with senior stakeholders including CISOs, CROs, CIOs, and board members, translating cyber risks into business impact and strategic decisions. Leveraging frameworks like NIST, ISO, and tailored resilience models, you will collaborate closely with Risk, Technology, and Transformation teams. Job Description

  • Lead strategic cyber resilience transformations for banks, insurers, and asset managers
  • Translate regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, NIS2) into actionable roadmaps and operating models
  • Build and grow a new cross-functional practice at the intersection of Cyber and Financial Services.
  • Advise C-level stakeholders on cyber risk, crisis management, and business continuity
  • Drive complex client engagements from origination and proposal development through to delivery, including revenue responsibility, sales. and client account growth
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying client opportunities, leading proposals, and contributing to go-to-market initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Information Security, IT, Business, or a related field 
  • 9+ years of relevant experience in Cyber Security, Cyber Defense, IT Risk, or Technology Strategy within Financial Services Proven experience with cyber resilience frameworks, regulations, or programs (e.g. DORA, ISO 27001, NIST, BCM, IAM incl. PAM)
  • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing client relationships at a senior level
  • Proven track record in business development, including leading proposals, generating revenue, and contributing to account growth within Financial Services
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills in English, required for international client engagements and reporting
  • You have an affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively leverage this technology in your day-to-day work

Additional Information

  • Gross salary between € 6,120 and € 8,850 per month depending on your work experience, variable performance based reward, a fixed expense allowance and a  fixed working from home allowance per working day.
