About the role:

This is an opportunity to join to nearshore production hub in Mexico City as CRM Campaign Managerexecuting the email campaigns that drive enrollment across a healthcare education institutions.

Based in Mexico City, you'll be one of three Campaign Managers— translating campaign strategy into precise, technically accurate email executions at high volume and pace. Every campaign you build feeds that intelligence loop.

THE ROLE 

The CRM Campaign Manager is responsible for the hands-on execution of email campaigns across the company enrollment marketing programs. You build, test, schedule, and deploy campaigns within the company's CRM platform — translating segmentation logic, personalization specifications, and content briefs from the CRM Strategist into fully built, QA-checked, deployment-ready emails. 

WHAT YOU'LL DO 

  • Build, test, and deploy email campaigns across education institutions within the company CRM platform — following campaign briefs, audience segmentation specs, and content guidelines provided by the CRM Strategist
  • Manage campaign setup: audience list imports, segmentation application, dynamic content configuration, personalization variables, and A/B test setup
  • Coordinate with the Email Development team in Colombia to ensure HTML templates are correctly built, rendering-tested, and campaign-ready
  • Execute pre-deployment QA: seed list testing, cross-client rendering checks, link validation, personalization verification, and content accuracy review
  • Manage campaign scheduling and deployment, including time zone management across the company US-based student audience
  • Monitor campaign performance post-deployment — flagging delivery issues, bounce rates, or unsubscribe spikes to the CRM Strategist immediately
  • Maintain campaign documentation: build logs, audience specs, test results, and deployment records within OMG
  • Support the CRM Strategist with data hygiene tasks — list cleaning, suppression list management, and opt-out compliance
  • Contribute to campaign performance reporting by compiling execution data and metrics for the CRM Strategist's optimization analysis 

WHAT YOU BRING 

  • +3 years of experience hands-on experience building and deploying email campaigns in an enterprise CRM or email marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or equivalent)
  • Technical proficiency with campaign setup: audience segmentation, dynamic content, personalization variables, A/B test configuration, and deployment scheduling
  • Strong attention to detail and a systematic approach to pre-deployment QA
  • Understanding of email deliverability best practices — bounce management, suppression logic, opt-out compliance
  • Comfortable working at high volume with multiple concurrent campaigns in active production
  • Professional proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage for the Mexico City hub role
  • Experience working in distributed teams and cross-location workflows 
  • Gen AI & Agentic Thinking 

    • Curiosity about AI-assisted campaign tools, including AI-driven subject line testing, send-time optimization, and personalization automation 
    • Willingness to develop proficiency with Pencil's direct connection to ad account performance data and incorporate those insights into campaign execution 
    • Systematic approach to campaign management: organized, process-driven, and proactive about flagging execution risks 

    Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts.
