Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud to drive customer engagement, journey optimization, and data-driven marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine business analysis, solution design, and technical implementation skills to deliver scalable omnichannel customer experiences.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proven experience in a Techno-Functional Consultant role, managing both business and technical requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Journey Builder
    • Automation Studio
    • Email Studio
    • Audience Segmentation & Personalization
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Customer Lifecycle Management
    • Omnichannel Marketing Strategies
    • Customer Journey Mapping
  • Experience with SQL, data analysis, and customer data modeling.
  • Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies, Design of Experiments (DOE), and campaign performance measurement.
  • Ability to convert business requirements into technical designs and scalable solutions.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
