SAP HCM Test Automation with Tricentis Tosca

This is a remote position.

Position Summary

Client is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Test Automation Consultant with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca and SAP S/4HANA HCM to support a large-scale SAP transformation initiative for USPS. The consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, executing, and maintaining automated regression testing frameworks and test scripts to ensure the stability and quality of SAP HCM business processes throughout project releases and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated regression test scripts using Tricentis Tosca.
  
• Build reusable test automation components and test cases for SAP HCM business processes.
  
• Execute automated and manual regression testing cycles for SAP S/4HANA releases, enhancements, and support packs.
  
• Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, developers, and project teams to understand testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
  
• Develop and maintain end-to-end test scenarios covering critical HCM processes.
  
• Analyze test execution results, identify defects, and work with technical and functional teams to resolve issues.
  
• Support test planning, test data preparation, and test environment validation activities.
  
• Maintain test automation documentation, execution reports, and defect tracking records.
  
• Participate in SIT, UAT, regression, and production validation activities.
  
• Recommend testing process improvements and automation best practices.
