AI Agentic Consultant/Freelancer

We're building a network of experienced freelancers and consultants who can support our clients in delivering AI-native products, automating business workflows, and turning AI opportunities into production-ready solutions.

This is not a traditional recruitment process.

We're looking for people interested in joining our verified network, allowing to quickly connect experienced specialists with future client initiatives.

Remuneration depends on the type of assignment. For hourly rates, our range was usually up to 190 PLN/h net + VAT.

Location: Fully remote (Poland) 🌎

We're interested in people who can help clients:

• build AI-powered products and services,

• design and implement agentic workflows,

• automate business processes using AI,

• integrate LLMs with existing systems,

• deliver MVPs, prototypes and production-ready AI solutions,

• accelerate product development through AI-native engineering practices,

• support discovery, estimation and technical decision-making.

What would we expect from you?

• understanding of agent orchestration patterns and Agentic AI architectures,

• ability to design and build end-to-end solutions across backend, frontend and integrations,

• practical experience with LLM APIs,

• experience participating in project estimations and solution scoping,

• ability to identify risks, unknowns and delivery trade-offs,

• ownership mindset and ability to independently drive delivery,

• experience working directly with clients, stakeholders or product teams.
