Your responsibilities:
- Maintaining, servicing and further developing the Active Directory related IAM solution
- Analysis, classification and solving system failures and performance shortages
- Handling incidents, requests and changes
- Improving processes (documentation, automation)
- Providing input for international IT projects
The knowledge I own:
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server systems
- Strong experience in Active Directory support and operation
- Knowledge in program languages like PowerShell, VBScript and SQL
- Completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
- Well-organized, have strong communication skills, customer-oriented attitude
- Can work in a multi-shift operation, Monday to Friday between 6 am - 10.30 pm and provide on-call duty 7x24
- Strong English skills, German knowledge is an advantage
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management topics covering: identity management, RBAC, SSO, MFA. OAUTH, SAML is an advantage
- Solid experience in Active Directory Domain Sevices / Federation Services both in support and operation
