Success Matcher Recruitment is partnering with one of the fastest-growing consumer healthcare platforms in the world to find a Head of Content & Viral Growth who can build and scale a world-class organic acquisition engine.

This is a rare opportunity for a founder-minded growth leader who understands internet culture, creator ecosystems, viral content mechanics, and performance-driven social media. You'll own the entire organic growth machine—from creator sourcing and content production to distribution, engagement, and audience expansion—across multiple consumer brands

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end UGC and organic growth ecosystem.
  • Build and manage creator acquisition, influencer partnerships, content pipelines, and distribution networks.
  • Develop systems for scaling short-form video content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Lead creative testing, performance analysis, and optimization efforts.
  • Identify viral content patterns and systematically replicate winning formats.
  • Build relationships with creators, meme pages, community partners, and distribution channels.
  • Drive engagement strategies across comments, shares, tags, direct messages, and community interactions.
  • Implement AI-assisted workflows to increase content velocity and performance.

Required Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in viral social media, creator marketing, organic growth, UGC, or related fields.
  • Proven success scaling social channels, creator programs, or viral content initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form content ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide creative decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to build repeatable growth systems rather than relying on one-off viral moments.
