Job description

Position: Intake & Referrals Specialist

Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Remote Work

We are seeking a highly motivated ABA Intake & Referrals Specialist who is both sales-oriented and detail-oriented. This role is responsible for managing and converting incoming leads generated through advertisements, website inquiries, and referrals while ensuring accurate client information is collected and documented.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up promptly with a high volume of incoming leads from marketing campaigns, referrals, and website inquiries.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and guide them through the intake process.
  • Collect and document client information clearly and accurately.
  • Maintain consistent communication through calls, texts, and emails.
  • Track lead activity and update records within CentralReach and CRM systems.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.

Requirements

  • Previous intake, admissions, referrals, or sales experience preferred.
  • Strong sales and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently engage prospective clients.
  • Excellent communication skills with a cheerful, professional, and empathetic approach.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
  • Experience using CentralReach preferred.
  • Basic CRM knowledge.
  • Comfortable communicating via phone, text, and email.
