The base salary range for this position is $170,000 to $269,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. The Associate Director, Business Analytics role supports multiple customer groups within the oncology therapeutic area & will be an expert in statistical methodologies for measuring marketing impact, will have a broad understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, and a deep familiarity with industry data sources, including claims data. This role requires using sophisticated analytics for projects including marketing mix modeling, ROI analyses on all relevant marketing programs/customer channels and promotional spends, patient data analytics such as patient flow analyses, non-personal promotion/digital analytics and reporting, customer profiling, targeting, and segmentation, and predictive modeling.
Responsibilities for this role include the conducting and interpretation of advanced analytics to support decision making on promotional strategies and effectiveness (ROI and Marketing Mix analysis), supporting brand planning through targeting, segmentation, and non-personal/digital activity tracking, and setting up experimental pilots to support testing and learning.
