We're seeking a strategic, execution-focused Promotional Lead to drive ecommerce promotional strategy and site execution. This role owns demand-driving promotions across site and channels, translating business goals into experiences that increase traffic, conversion, and revenue. You'll leverage performance insights, identify winning tactics, and monitor competitive trends to fuel growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own promotional strategy, calendar, and execution, aligning events to demand forecasts, revenue targets, and financial goals.
  • Partner with Planning, Finance, Merchandising, Marketing, and Creative teams to develop and launch promotions across channels.
  • Lead onsite promotional experiences including homepage, deal placements, navigation, and product sort strategies to maximize traffic, conversion, and revenue.
  • Analyze promotional performance, maintain historical insights, and identify scalable tactics to improve future results.
  • Drive testing and optimization through A/B experiments, new promotional mechanics, and emerging onsite capabilities.
  • Serve as the promotional subject matter expert, ensuring consistent messaging, effective execution, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Monitor competitive activity, industry trends, and customer behavior to inform strategy and uncover growth opportunities.

What You’ll Need:

  • 4+ years of experience in site merchandising, ecommerce, promotional strategy, or digital marketing (retail/apparel preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging web analytics and performance data to drive business decisions
  • Experience managing promotional calendars and cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms, site merchandising tools, sorting strategies, and ecommerce best practices
  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Looker, Excel, and Google Sheets
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and conversion optimization
  • Knowledge of paid media, CRM, social marketing, and omnichannel customer journeys
  • Strong communication, presentation, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience conducting competitive analysis and identifying market trends and opportunities
