Leasing Associate

Schedule- Monday through Friday - at least 2 weekends per month

We’re looking for a Leasing Associate who takes pride in owning the full leasing experience, from first impression to signed lease, while building genuine connections, driving conversions and representing the community as a lifestyle and not just a place to live.

The Opportunity

In this role, you own the leasing process end to end, turning interest into signed leases through strong tours, clear communication, and consistent follow-up. You position the community as a lifestyle choice by understanding what matters to each prospect and guiding them to a confident decision.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Build trust with prospects and residents by listening, anticipating needs, and delivering solutions
  • Convert leads to tours and tours to leases through consistent follow-up and value-driven communication
  • Create and contribute to social media content that reflects the energy and positioning of the community
  • Execute resident events that strengthen retention and community engagement
  • Maintain weekend availability and flexibility to support peak leasing traffic and marketing events

This is a role for someone who is competitive, confident in the product, a market expert and understands that leasing is more than just sales, it is elevated customer service.

What You Bring to the Team

You have a solid foundation in multifamily leasing, sales, or a high-touch of customer-facing environment. Comfortable working with systems like Onesite and Funnel and have strong closing instincts with the ability to guide prospects through clear and confident communication.

More importantly, you bring a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach, communicate clearly, and take ownership of your work. You’re dependable, collaborative, and take pride in delivering high-quality results and representing the Northwood Ravin brand with pride.
