We’re looking for a Senior Infrastructure DevOps Engineer to take ownership of our cloud platform—driving architecture, reliability, and operational excellence at scale.

    Platform Architecture & Strategy

  • Architect and evolve scalable, secure cloud infrastructure
  • Define infrastructure standards and long-term technical direction
  • Drive cost optimisation and performance improvements
  • Reliability & Operations

  • Own uptime, SLAs, and incident management practices
  • Lead post-incident reviews and systemic improvements
  • Define monitoring, alerting, and observability strategy 
  • Automation & Engineering Enablement

  • Lead Infrastructure as Code maturity and governance
  • Improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment reliability
  • Enable engineering teams through better tooling and platform capabilities

  • 5–8+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
  • Deep AWS and cloud architecture expertise
  • Strong Infrastructure as Code experience
  • Proven ownership of complex, production systems
  • Strong systems thinking and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to influence teams and drive technical decisions

  • Kubernetes and container platforms at scale
  • Experience with high-availability SaaS products
  • Exposure to compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
  • Experience mentoring engineers and shaping practices

    100% remote — Germany only. 

    Career Trajectory
    Within 12–24 months, you will expand ownership across platform architecture, influence company-wide engineering practices, and progress toward Staff/Principal-level leadership with broader technical direction and mentorship scope.
