This is a remote position.
Your Role:
Configure and support SAP Customer Service (CS) and Plant Maintenance (PM) modules, including service orders, notifications, and maintenance planning.
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with service and maintenance processes.
Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability with timely resolution of tickets and incidents.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, FI) for seamless integration and continuous process improvements.
Your Profile:
Hands-on experience in SAP CS and PM modules with at least one full lifecycle implementation or rollout.
Strong understanding of service management, warranty, contracts, and maintenance execution processes.
Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact with global teams.
SAP certification in CS/PM and experience in S/4HANA environment is preferred.
Working knowledge on FSM { Field Service Management } apps is preferred.
Working knowledge on JIRA is preferred.
