Job description

This is a remote position.

Redtech is helping our client with a Contractor search for a Sr Comms Marketing PM - Developer Audience Marketing - Must have prior experience working at Microsoft.


Sr Comms Marketing PM - Developer Audience Marketing


Approx start date – July 2026

Duration – 12 months

Location – remote

Eligibility – We are not able to offer any type of sponsorship. No 3rd party candidates


Contract Pay Rate - $12,750/month ($75/hr) – this rate assumes full benefits ***Please note: preference will be given to candidates in the mid of the pay range.

The Senior Project Manager will serve as the operational lead for the Nvidia MDF-funded developer investment portfolio, overseeing end to end execution across Reactor programs, global events, hackathons, and community activations. This role is responsible for ensuring strong operational rigor, cross functional alignment, and clear executive visibility into performance and impact.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead overall program management, including master planning, operating rhythm, and delivery governance
  • Own budget tracking, financial alignment, and funding accountability across all workstreams
  • Develop and manage integrated workback schedules, timelines, and milestones
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and tradeoffs, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
  • Drive clarity of ownership, deliverables, and measurable outcomes across all initiatives
  • Coordinate execution across Microsoft, Nvidia, Reactor, product marketing, community, finance, agencies, and regional teams
  • Maintain clear and actionable tracking of action items and progress against commitments
  • Deliver concise, executive ready updates that communicate progress, risks, and decisions


Qualifications

  • Prior experience working at Microsoft
  • Proven experience managing complex, high visibility programs with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong financial and operational management skills, including budget oversight and resource planning
  • Ability to bring structure and clarity to ambiguous or rapidly evolving initiatives
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross functional coordination skills
  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate execution into business impact
  • Track record of driving measurable outcomes tied to engagement, adoption, and partner impact
