The role

As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact between beqom and future customers. You will:

  • Generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and cold calling
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals
  • Engage senior HR, Finance, and business leaders at mid-market and enterprise organizations
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build and progress pipeline
  • Continuously test new approaches, messaging, and tools to improve results


What are we looking for?

    • 1–3 years of experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales (BDR, SDR, Inside Sales, or similar)
    • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with senior decision-makers
    • Curiosity, resilience, and a desire to learn
    • A proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of your pipeline
    • Based in Germany with the ability to work from the office three days per week


    Bonus points if you:

    • Are curious about AI and enjoy exploring new tools and ways of working
    • Have experience with HubSpot, Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lemlist, Outreach, Nooks, or similar sales technologies
    • Enjoy testing, learning, and improving your approach based on results


    The stack you’ll use daily

    HubSpot, Lemlist, Nooks (parallel dialer), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Slack, Google Workspace. Plus the AI tools you want to test. We give you a budget for that.
