The Senior Business Analyst - JDE Warehouse (Remote)

Job Overview

RectorSeal is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst – JDE Warehouse to support and optimize our JD Edwards Warehouse Management environment. This role is focused on technical expertise, process analysis, system optimization, and hands‑on JDE Warehouse module experience. The ideal candidate brings deep functional knowledge of JDE, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to translate business needs into effective system solutions.

As a key member of the IT team, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders to improve warehouse operations, streamline processes, and enhance system performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing warehouse processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and enhance system performance.
• Configure, support, and optimize JDE Warehouse and Advanced Warehouse Management modules.
• Document workflows, system configurations, and business processes with clarity and accuracy.
• Develop and deliver user documentation, training materials, and technical training sessions.
• Support system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations, including JDE Orchestrator‑based solutions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements and implement technology‑driven improvements.
• Provide structured, data‑driven analysis and reporting to support leadership decision‑making.
• Serve as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure alignment on system capabilities and operational needs.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of business and consultative experience with a strong focus on JD Edwards implementations.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with JDE Warehouse Management modules.
• 5+ years of experience in JDE Advanced Warehouse, including:
• Cubing
• Slotting
• Direct Put‑Away
• Picking Paths
• Warehouse optimization strategies
• Strong proficiency in process mapping, workflow documentation, and business process modeling.
• Experience delivering systematic and analytical reviews for leadership.
• Background in technology project coordination, vendor management, and internal communication..

Preferred Skills:

• JDE Orchestrator experience
• Experience designing and delivering technical training programs.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend system improvements.
• Familiarity with performance analysis, contract/vendor negotiations, and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical users.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Customer‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
