Your Opportunity, Your Team

The Product Manager supports QVC, and leads product strategy and execution within the Merchandising Domain by aligning market research, customer and internal user needs, business goals, and industry trends. This role helps shape and optimize capabilities across Product Information Management (including STIBO PIM), product creation and maintenance workflows, data governance, AI-enabled practices, and planning and programming systems that support QVC's selling platforms.

Where You'll Work

This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, DE. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

What You'll Do

  • Lead product discovery and strategy by leveraging market research, customer and internal user insights, business goals, and industry trends to shape product direction.

  • Gather, define, and document requirements in partnership with stakeholders, SMEs, Legal, IT, and Product Management, translating needs into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Manage the product backlog by turning roadmap priorities into refined, estimated, and value-driven work for the team.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate product management work, including roadmap development, requirements decomposition, backlog optimization, and production analysis.

  • Manage product delivery outcomes by overseeing backlog execution and identifying opportunities to improve product performance and system design.

  • Contribute to product vision and stakeholder alignment by communicating strategy and balancing priorities across teams, functions, and markets.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 5+ years of product management experience in a retail environment

  • Expertise in merchandising technology products, platforms, and processes, including experience with Stibo PIM or similar enterprise-level PIM systems

  • Knowledge of product strategy, merchandising processes, regulations, and cross-functional dependencies

  • Expertise using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and Atlassian Rovo

  • Manage projects, advise on current and emerging technologies, and navigate stakeholder priorities.

  • Knowledge of relevant compliance requirements such as SOX and PCI, with the ability to advocate for compliance across the organization
