Systems & Automation Specialist at HighKey Agency

HighKey Enterprises has been the premium digital branding agency for aesthetic clinics across the US since 2016. We run social media, press placements in outlets like USA Today and Forbes, and paid ads for some of the top clinics in the country. Our tech stack runs on GoHighLevel across multiple agency accounts, and right now it needs a dedicated owner.

This is a part-time role to start, with a clear path to full-time for the right person. You'll report directly to Luke Lintz, the CEO.

What you'll own:

• Mailgun setup and configuration across all GHL accounts for maximum email deliverability
• Cold email infrastructure, domain health, and inbox integrity
• Zapier automations connecting Facebook Ads, GHL, and the rest of our stack
• AI bot builds and workflow automations across multiple GHL agency accounts
• Full GHL account audits to find broken workflows, missed triggers, and gaps before they become client problems
• AI-assisted process building and optimization using Claude
• Website updates and landing page maintenance
• Ongoing system monitoring so things don't just get built — they stay working

You're the right person if:

• You've operated inside GHL at the agency level, across multiple sub-accounts
• You've configured Mailgun or a comparable ESP inside GHL before
• You're strong with Zapier, not just the basics
• You've built AI bots or automations, GHL native or otherwise
• You work EST hours and move fast when something breaks
• You document what you build, so it doesn't live only in your head

This isn't the right role if:

• You need tasks handed to you line by line
• You've only used GHL as an end user
• You consider a workflow "done" the moment it goes live

Part-time to start. Full-time compensation is $2,000/month. EST hours required. Tools you'll use daily: GoHighLevel, Zapier, Mailgun, Claude, Meta Business Suite, Basecamp.
