Founded in 2023 and backed by world-class investors (including a16z, Khosla Ventures, Mayfield, and A*), the company has already scaled to over 1 Million Monthly Active Users (MAUs) with a nimble, high-caliber team of 30 people. This is a pure product-driven organization where PMs wield true autonomy over company strategy and direction.

What You'll Do

  • Own Major Product Surfaces: Drive end-to-end strategy and product OKRs across core pillars like user growth, interactive creation tools, virality/sharing, and user retention.
  • Data-Driven Iteration: Constantly collect user feedback, formulate product hypotheses, and deep-dive into product analytics using tools like Amplitude and BigQuery to guide your roadmap.
  • Technical Prototyping: Actively leverage AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Codex) to build rapid proof-of-concepts, run advanced SQL queries, and streamline your workflow.
  • Cross-Functional Shipping: Collaborate deeply with world-class Machine Learning and Core Engineering teams to scope, build, and ship high-impact features at startup speed.

What We're Looking For

Core Experience

  • Consumer-First Track Record: 3–7 years of PM experience specifically shipping high-engagement consumer mobile or social applications (B2B or enterprise-only backgrounds will not be a fit for this role).
  • AI Feature Delivery: Proven experience building or shipping user-facing AI capabilities. You must deeply understand how LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic workflows function in practice.
  • Startup Scrappiness: Prior early-stage startup experience where you excelled in ambiguous environments, wore multiple hats, and moved from 0-to-1 quickly.

Technical & Language Skills

  • AI Tooling Proficiency: You incorporate AI development assistants (like Cursor or Claude Code) into your daily workflow to independently build demos and run technical analyses.
  • Analytical Independence: Strong SQL skills and experience tracking consumer loops via Amplitude or BigQuery. You must be comfortable querying and interpreting your own data.
  • Bilingual Capability: Native or full professional fluency in Mandarin and English is strictly required. The engineering and product operations span across both US Pacific and China time zones.
  • Education: A STEM degree (Computer Science, Data Science, or Engineering) is highly preferred to establish a strong technical baseline with the engineering team.
