Job description

This is a remote position.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy speaking with people, and are confident in generating leads and setting appointments, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads and databases.
  • Introduce company products and services to potential clients.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales team when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospects as needed.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and performance targets.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional demeanor on every call.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in telemarketing, outbound customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
