Job description

The International team is growing!

AssessFirst in a few words 👇

We’re a fast-growing HR Tech company on a clear mission: to revolutionize recruitment on a global scale.

Instead of relying on CVs, we help companies predict performance and fulfillment by analyzing people’s personality, motivations, and ability to learn.

Today, we’re 110+ team members, supporting 3,500+ clients in over 40 countries, helping them hire and develop their teams in a more inclusive and effective way.

Our culture? Ambition, impact, and freedom.

Want to help shape the future of work? We’d love to meet you.

Your Mission

Identify and qualify as many TA Director/VP of TA prospects as possible by engaging them effectively: asking the right questions, raising awareness of HR challenges, and convincing them that AssessFirst is the solution for unlocking human potential.

What You’ll Do Each Day

  • Generate leads across the UK and US market through a multi-channel approach: cold calling, email outreach, social selling, inbound marketing, events, and more.

  • Analyse and understand your prospects’ Talent Development and Recruiting needs to propose tailored solutions.

  • Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executives and support opportunities through to closing.

  • Actively contribute to lead generation through attending TA-focused events (organized independently or with support from the Marketing team).

  • Monitor industry trends and experiment with new prospecting methods to continuously improve your performance.

  • Be happy to adapt your working schedule throughout the week to accommodate speaking with US clients.

Your Objectives

✅ Generate a high volume of qualified sales opportunities and exceed your targets.
✅ Maintain rigorous pipeline management through to conversion.
✅ Increase AssessFirst’s visibility and impact within the UK/US TA market.

✅Help form the AF community in these two regions.

How you’ll do it

  • You thrive on competition: pushing yourself and helping the team improve is part of your DNA.

  • You’re a powerhouse of energy: your enthusiasm is contagious.

  • You work smart, not hard: you automate low-value tasks so you can focus on what truly matters.

  • You’re proactive: you test, adapt, and innovate. You don’t wait for instructions to move forward.

  • You go above and beyond. You’re not satisfied with hitting targets: you look for ways to raise the bar, improve processes, and create opportunities where others see obstacles.

  • You bring solutions, not just problems. When something isn’t working, you think critically, suggest alternatives, and take ownership of finding a better way forward.

  • You know how to upward manage effectively. You communicate with clarity, provide the right level of context, and help your manager and wider team stay focused, informed, and aligned.

  • You make decisions using logic and reasoning. You’re comfortable explaining your thinking, challenging assumptions, and using data, insight, and common sense to guide your actions.

  • You want your voice to be heard. We’re a highly agile team where ideas are welcomed regardless of title, and where your feedback can directly influence our strategy, processes, and growth.

  • You thrive in an environment of change and opportunity. As AssessFirst continues its ambitious international expansion, you’ll play a key role in shaping our success across the UK and US markets.

  • You take ownership. You don’t just generate meetings - you think like a business builder, contributing to the development of our market presence, community, and long-term growth.

  • You’ll be happy to travel across the UK and US to attend events.

Your future team

You’ll be part of the UKUS, made up of 8 people.

You’ll also work closely with the wider AssessFirst global teamm.
