About the Role

Reporting to the Managing Director of Global Content Partners (GCP), this position oversees the publishing program for Clinical Solutions content, mainly Medical Reference programs spanning across Global programs (ELP) and also local language programs (LLP). These programs include Global and Local book content as well as digital content creation and localization of a variety of digital products for the Clinical Solutions Business Unit.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the Clinical Solutions publishing program across global and local portfolios, including books and digital products
  • Develop and drive content strategy, including reviewing proposals, financials, and portfolio roadmap analyses
  • Ensure a strong pipeline of strategic programs and effective content leverage across platforms
  • Monitor market dynamics and integrate best practices to maintain competitive leadership
  • Align content initiatives with broader priorities, including portfolio optimization and platform integration
  • Partner with business units to support electronic solutions, translations, and content localization
  • Optimize financial performance by managing costs, reviewing proposals, and supporting healthy gross margins
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, including financials, reporting, and operational insights

  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business case development
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across functions and regions
  • Experience coaching and developing team members and supporting professional growth
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to work effectively across diverse cultures
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Working Pattern

Full time role with flexibility to support collaboration across global teams.



U.S. National Base Pay Range: $136,100 - $252,800. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.

Base Pay Range for CO is $136,100 - $252,800. Base Pay Range for IL is $142,900 - $265,400. Base Pay Range for Chicago, IL is $149,600 - $278,100. Base Pay Range for MD is $142,900 - $265,400. Base Pay Range for NY is $149,600 - $278,100. Base Pay Range for New York City is $163,300 - $303,300. Base Pay Range for Rochester, NY is $136,100 - $252,800. Base Pay Range for OH is $129,200 - $240,100. Base Pay Range for NJ is $172,172- $275,028.


This job is eligible for an annual incentive bonus.



If performed in any following locations: France - VALLARURIS, and Home-Based - France, the base pay range is €88,000 - €163,400.

If performed in the following location: Home-Based - Spain, the base pay range is €106,600 - €197,900.
