We are a U.S. company with a strong presence in LATAM and across 20+ countries around the world. Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education.
 
We are currently looking for a Artificial Intelligence Manager (AI Manager) , to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team! 
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of the company’s Artificial Intelligence strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Establish and lead the AI Committee, defining corporate policies, governance frameworks, and guidelines for the responsible use of AI and AI agents.
  • Build and manage the internal AI community and promote AI First initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead the implementation of enterprise AI platforms, models, and solutions using leading technologies and providers (Microsoft, Google, OpenAI, among others).
  • Identify and drive opportunities to apply Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) across strategic and operational business processes.
  • Oversee the integration of AI solutions into critical business areas, ensuring scalability, security, and value generation.
  • Define standards and best practices for AI architecture, data governance, security, ethics, and responsible AI adoption.
  • Develop and manage AI training programs and digital transformation initiatives to increase AI adoption across the organization.
  • Drive innovation by evaluating emerging AI technologies, trends, and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership, technology teams, data teams, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven transformation.
  • Define success metrics, KPIs, and governance models to measure the impact and adoption of AI initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology, data, digital transformation, or Artificial Intelligence-related roles.
  • Proven experience leading the implementation of AI solutions, enterprise AI platforms, or digital transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
    • Generative AI.
    • Large Language Models (LLMs).
    • Machine Learning and Deep Learning.
    • Computer Vision.
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP).
    • Transformer-based architectures.
  • Experience with advanced AI models and techniques, including:
    • Recurrent Neural Networks (RNN).
    • Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN).
    • Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
    • Diffusion Models.
    • Reinforcement Learning.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise AI platforms and scalable AI solutions.
  • Knowledge of data governance, technology policies, AI ethics, and responsible AI frameworks.
  • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working in multinational or complex corporate environments.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients
