This is a remote position.
STARTING AUGUST, we are seeking a capable Yachtmaster-qualified sailor/ allrounder crew member to join this beautiful Oyster 595 participating in the Oyster World Rally.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-run program as part of one of the most respected global sailing rallies.
The Role:
You will join as the 5th crew member onboard, taking on a dual role combining confident offshore sailing, cleaning and cooking responsibilities.
From a sailing perspective, you will be expected to stand independent watch, including solo watchkeeping on passage, and be trusted to make sound decisions to ensure the safe operation of the yacht.
Alongside this, you will be happy to take an active role in meal preparation, helping the owners plan and cook, while also contributing to general housekeeping and daily onboard routines.
This is a hands-on role requiring someone who is equally comfortable on deck and in the galley.
Additional Considerations:
Due to the yacht’s cabin configuration and existing crew dynamic, this role is best suited to a female candidate comfortable with a shared living arrangement that aligns with the current onboard setup.
