OTM Consultant

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations and support projects for Oracle Transportation Management (OTM).
  
• Gather and analyze business requirements related to transportation and logistics operations.
  
• Configure and implement OTM modules and business processes.
  
• Design transportation planning solutions including shipment consolidation, route optimization, and load planning.

• Develop and support integrations between OTM and external systems using XML, REST APIs, SOAP, and integration middleware.
  
• Configure event management, tracking, visibility, and exception handling processes.
  
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and performance testing.
  
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support.
  
• Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user training materials.
  
• Collaborate with business users to identify process improvements and optimization opportunities.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation and support.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Oracle Transportation Management Certification is preferred.
