  • Assist with processing and maintaining payroll‐related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support data collection and validation related to sick leave (absence data) required for payroll processing.

Job description

This is a hybrid role. Upon agreement between you and your supervisor, you are entitled to a flexible arrangement where you will be able to split your time between working from the office and working remotely.

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Payroll team in daily operations and administrative tasks related to payroll processes for the German market.
  • Handle and respond to employee queries via the HR ticketing system (AskHR) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with processing and maintaining payroll‑related data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Support data collection and validation related to sick leave (absence data) required for payroll processing.
  • Assist in processing basic Travel & Expense (T&E) data in line with company policies.
  • Collaborate with Payroll team members to ensure smooth execution of day‑to‑day activities.
  • Maintain documentation and support data tracking to ensure compliance with payroll procedures and standards.

Our requirements:

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in English (min. B2)

  • Ability to read, write and communicate in German (min. B2)

  • Ability to work in Microsoft Office 

  • Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team

  • Analytical skills

  • Ability to learn quickly

Nice to have:

Any experience in Payroll/HR related positions

Knowledge of any ticketing tools (e.g. SNOW)

Knowledge of Payroll or HRIS systems
