You will serve as the strategic architect of the Freight Procurement products, transforming raw market insights and customer pain points into scalable solution concepts that drive measurable global impact. This role offers the unique opportunity to balance high-level strategic vision with hands-on execution, acting as the critical link between Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to ensure our product investments solve the most meaningful problems in the B2B SaaS logistics space.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate complex business opportunities and customer feedback into clear product requirements and scalable solution concepts.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product delivery and adoption.
  • Prioritize product initiatives based on customer value, technical feasibility, and strategic business importance.
  • Validate product direction through continuous customer interviews, usage analytics, and deep market research.
  • Monitor product performance and customer satisfaction metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation.

Your Essential Skills & Experience:

  • A customer-centric mindset with a track record of driving measurable business impact and solving complex problems.
  • Proven experience in Product Management, ideally within B2B SaaS, logistics, or digital marketplace environments.
  • Experience with AI-driven product concepts, workflow automation, or platform ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and market insights to drive decisive product outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and make clear decisions in fast-paced, uncertain environments.
  • Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams within an agile development framework.

Bonus Points For:

  • Knowledge of freight procurement workflows, including RFQs, tendering, and carrier management.
  • Background working in international, matrix organizations with cross-regional stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data-driven product performance frameworks.

Location: Remote within countries where we have legal entity in Europe or in our European office locations
