Job description

JOB TITLE:                       Territory Service Manager

COMPANY:                       Circle K Stores Inc.

DEPARTMENT:                Facilities

FLSA STATUS:                 Exempt

REPORTS TO:                  Director of Facilities SABU

LOCATION:                      Tallahassee/Valdosta/Macon Area             

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies revenue-generating and revenue-preserving capital improvement projects.
  • Identifies and quantifies their regions capital needs; creates annual capital budget(s) and manages capital expenditures.
  • Ensures Business Unit is meeting all environmental regulatory compliance commitments (UST systems, remediation, etc.).
  • Leads repair and maintenance service team; accountable for total R&M resources & performance.
  • Achieves specific financial objectives relative to facilities maintenance.
  • Improves efficiency of Facilities Team processes by evaluating system results, recommending new systems, policies and procedures; implements revisions.
  • Maintains continuity among local work teams by communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs. Partnership with Business Unit Leadership team is crucial to the success of the Division.
  • Increases employee’s effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training; communicates expectations, values, strategies and objectives; coaches, counsels and teaches employees; plans, monitors and appraises job results.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Lead team of 5-8 Service and Maintenance technicians to repair, maintain, and improve store facilities interior and exterior image.
  • Other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or related field preferred. Other combinations of job related experience and education that meet the requirements may be substituted.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple, changing priorities and ability to work independently
  • Five to Ten years of experience or more preferred
  • Experience with MS Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
  • C–Store and fuel maintenance experience preferred but not required.
