About the Role

As Talent Acquisition Manager – France, you will lead recruitment across Everfield's French portfolio companies, partnering directly with CEOs, Managing Directors, and hiring managers to attract top talent and strengthen hiring practices.

You'll operate across a diverse range of businesses, from newly acquired companies undergoing transformation to more mature organisations with established hiring processes. This role combines hands-on recruitment, stakeholder advisory, and process improvement in a fast-paced and highly autonomous environment.

 

What You'll Do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across commercial, technical, operational, and leadership roles.

  • Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and make high-quality hiring decisions.

  • Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and market mapping.

  • Leverage AI tools and automation to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, and recruiting efficiency.

  • Analyse hiring metrics to identify bottlenecks and improve outcomes.

  • Support newly acquired portfolio companies in adopting effective hiring practices and recruitment processes.

  • Contribute to Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives, and process improvements across the region.

 

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within technology, software, SaaS, or high-growth environments.

  • Strong understanding of the French talent market.

  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.

  • Ability to operate independently across multiple priorities and business environments.

  • A data-driven mindset with strong organisational and project management skills.

  • Proven experience using AI tools to enhance recruiting workflows.

  • Fluency in French and English.
