We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Service Representative (Vietnamese-Speaking) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients find solutions, and combining customer service excellence with sales skills.

You will primarily engage with prospective clients who have already expressed interest in our services, guiding them through the process, answering questions, and helping them take the next step toward improving their financial situation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Sales Support

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients interested in debt settlement and debt consolidation services.
  • Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and available solutions.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients by understanding their financial circumstances and needs.
  • Recommend appropriate solutions based on each client's situation.

Lead Follow-Up & Relationship Management

  • Conduct timely follow-up with leads generated through various channels.
  • Make outbound calls to prospects and existing leads when necessary.
  • Maintain ongoing communication throughout the sales process.
  • Ensure every client receives a professional and supportive experience.

CRM & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
  • Track follow-up activities, conversations, and client progress.
  • Ensure data integrity and proper documentation of all communications.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals.
  • Share client feedback and insights to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Stay informed about company offerings, industry trends, and service updates.

Required Qualifications

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, or a client-facing role.
  • Financial services experience is preferred but not required.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Strong active listening and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.

Organization & Technology

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and related technology.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
