Cerchiamo Business Development Manager con base a Messina.

È previsto un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di un anno, con la possibilità di successiva trasformazione (a tempo indeterminato).

Come membro del team di vendita regionale, riporterai direttamente al Sales Lead. Il tuo ruolo si concentrerà sullo sviluppo di nuove partnership con i ristoranti.

Nello specifico, dovrai:

  • Mappare, fare prospezione, presentare e chiudere l’acquisizione di nuovi ristoranti nella tua regione in modo organizzato. Ciò significa diventare un esperto a livello cittadino, conoscendo i ristoranti emergenti e quelli che i clienti desiderano di più.

  • Supportare i partner nell'adesione a Deliveroo, garantendo loro la migliore esperienza.

  • Comunicare (visite di persona, email, chiamate o social media) con i ristoranti per dimostrare la tecnologia Deliveroo.

  • Aiutare i proprietari/gestori dei ristoranti a superare eventuali barriere o esitazioni.

  • Partecipare a incontri ed eventi dedicati a ristorazione e cibo.

Requisiti

  • Devi sentirti a tuo agio nel mirare a nuove opportunità di business e avere esperienza nelle vendite.

  • Il ruolo richiede sicurezza o esperienza nella gestione di partner/clienti, sia di persona, tramite telefono o via email.

  • Esperienza nel dimostrare la conoscenza del prodotto e del settore ai clienti.

  • Dovrai sentirti a tuo agio con le negoziazioni.

  • La conoscenza del settore della ristorazione è un vantaggio significativo.

  • Dovrai essere tenace e determinato.




    Compensation

    • National Collective Agreement (CBA): CCNL Commercio e Terziario

    • Classification Level: Livello 4

    The total target compensation (OTE (On-Target Earnings, ovvero la retribuzione totale prevista al raggiungimento del 100% degli obiettivi) for this role is €35,200 – €44,000 gross per year, of which the base salary range is €17,200 – €26,000. The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed above and is determined based on a number of job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.

    This position is not eligible for consideration for an equity/RSU grant.
