Join the Team Shaping the Future of Personalized Healthcare

SignatureMD, the nation's leading provider of personalized healthcare services, is seeking a highly motivated and relationship-focused Patient Liaison to join our Prospect Team. This unique remote contract opportunity allows you to work from home while helping patients connect with physicians who provide a more personalized healthcare experience.

Position Details

  • Location: Remote (Work from Home)
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, Central Time
  • Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week
  • Compensation: $25 per hour
  • Contract Length: Initial 3-month contract with potential for extension based on performance and business needs

About the Role

As a Patient Liaison, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals who inquire through the SignatureMD website seeking a new physician. You'll educate prospective patients about our affiliated physicians and personalized care programs, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process.

This role combines customer service, relationship-building, healthcare knowledge, and sales skills. If you enjoy helping people make important decisions while working toward measurable goals, this could be an excellent fit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective patients who inquire about SignatureMD physicians and programs.
  • Clearly communicate the benefits of personalized healthcare and concierge medicine services.
  • Build relationships with prospective patients and guide them through the membership enrollment process.
  • Conduct timely follow-up communications to answer questions and encourage enrollment.
  • Accurately document all interactions, activities, and outcomes within our CRM system.
  • Track and meet performance metrics, including outreach activity and conversion goals.
  • Participate in patient informational sessions and occasional evening events as needed.
  • Attend training sessions and collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless patient experience.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information and adhere to all privacy requirements.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is detail-oriented, personable, and motivated by helping people while achieving measurable results.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, healthcare services, customer success, patient relations, or high-touch hospitality environments.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and consultative sales skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high productivity and accountability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or similar systems preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
  • Understanding of healthcare services; familiarity with concierge or personalized medicine is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
