Senior Product Operations Analyst

Job Location: Remote - Netherlands/Nordics/Germany

Job Type: Permanent

Remuneration: Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Operations Analyst in Netherlands/Nordics.

The Senior Product Operations Analyst owns the end‑to‑end demand intake and product operations approach across Product Ownership. Based in the PMO, the role brings structure, visibility and control to a complex backlog aligned to approved business cases, shaping how demand is raised, assessed and progressed.

You will organise existing demand, define clear standards for intake, documentation and prioritisation, and ensure all work is complete, governed and ready before entering the backlog. Acting as the single control point, you will rationalise inputs from multiple sources and maintain one trusted view of all demand and in‑flight work, with clear traceability, status and progress.

Accountability will be driven across Product Owners and stakeholders to keep data accurate and work moving. You will design and embed interim processes for intake, tracking and reporting where tooling is still evolving, ensuring ways of working are scalable and support growth.

As the business owner for intake and workflow tools, you will partner with IT and the Product Model Centre of Excellence to translate operational needs into system requirements and lead the transition to a fully system‑enabled operating model. Clear reporting will highlight demand levels, backlog health and delivery performance, enabling early identification of risks, bottlenecks and gaps.

The role operates with high autonomy and clear outcomes, requiring strong judgement, initiative and confidence in ambiguous environments where processes and systems are being built. This is perfect for someone who enjoys creating order from complexity and building strong operational foundations that help product teams succeed.

The skills you will have when you apply:

  • Language Requirement – Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Product Operations and Governance Expertise – Extensive experience in Product Operations, PMO, or delivery governance roles within complex, matrixed environments.

  • Process Ownership and Design – A proven record of designing, owning, and materially improving intake, backlog, and operational processes, operating as a builder rather than a coordinator.

  • Operating in Ambiguity – Confidence working effectively in environments with incomplete tooling, evolving operating models, or unclear structures, creating clarity where none exists.

  • Workflow and Tooling Capability – Strong, hands-on knowledge of workflow and ticketing tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps, including contributing to configuration and process design.

  • Influence Without Authority – The ability to drive accountability, persistence, and follow-through across diverse stakeholders without relying on formal authority.

  • Systems Thinking and Operational Control – A rigorous systems mindset, strong attention to detail and data integrity, with a clear focus on outcomes, visibility, and operational control.

What we’ll give you for this role:

  • Competitive salary taking into account skills, experience and qualifications

  • A Self Invested Personal Pension Scheme (SIPP)

  • Holiday allowance plus bank holidays (depending on location)

  • Flexible working from our office or your home

  • Health care support depending on country
